Phasemation PP-5000 Cartridge

Main features of the Phasemation PP-5000 Cartridge:

• The PP-5000 is Phasemation’s flagship moving coil cartridge.
• Phasemation has made a number of enhancements in this cartridge compared to earlier models (e.g. PP-2000, PP-500).  For the first time in their lineup, Phasemation uses a synthetic diamond cantilever in this cartridge to improve propagation speed of signals, increase information retrieval, and enhance spatial imaging.
• The body geometry has been also redesigned for better vibration control and more direct sound.
• As a low-impedance MC cartridge, it requires either a suitable MC input on a phono stage or a step-up transformer / head amp
• Overall, the PP-5000 is engineered to push the performance (in details, spatial depth and tracking) while maintaining a robust and vibration-controlled structure.
