Payment, Shipping & Exchange Policy
For Canadian customers, we accept payment by credit card, direct bank deposit or Interac E-Transfer. For international customers, we accept payment by credit card, Cashier’s Order, Banker’s Cheque or PAYPAL (with PAYPAL handling fee being borne by the purchaser). Orders will be placed and shipped only upon clearance and receipt of full payment.
All products sold in British Columbia are subject to 5% GST and 7% PST. All products sold in Canada, other than British Columbia, are subject to 5% (GST) or applicable HST. Goods that are exported outside of Canada are zero-rated by Sound Elite as vendor but may be subject to destination country duties and taxes which will be borne by the purchaser.
Shipping & Damage in Transit
Sound Elite ships via Canada Post, FedEx, Purolator, UPS, DHL or private freight/shipping companies. Sound Elite is not liable for shipping damage or loss by the shipping courier. In the event of shipping damage or loss, Sound Elite reserves the right to not make any replacement shipment.
Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. Returns for refund are not accepted.
Sound Elite can exchange a product only if it is defective and subject to in-stock availability of the product. In order to exchange a defective product, you must notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org: (a) proof of purchase; (b) a valid receipt of delivery; and (c) clear details and evidence of the defect. You must then send us the defective product within 7 days after the product has been delivered to you. Shipping and insurance charges incurred on exchanging a defective product will be borne by the purchaser. Upon receipt of the returned defective product, we will notify you via email within a reasonable period of time as to whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible and if replacement stock is available, we will send you a replacement product.
